Woody's Studio
Woody’s Studiio hosts a wide range of cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes, crosstrainers, stairmasters and even ecoline cardio machines that are energy free. There are over 100 pin and plate loaded resistance machines and two dumbbell areas. Two 10m astro turf lanes for functional training and a mirrored studio room for classes and hire.
You will find everything you need nutrition wise with fresh protein shakes, pre work out drinks and much more made in our juice bar. We also have a variety of nutritional supplements for sale.

We offer 5 awesome styles of classes you can try out including: Strength, Cardio, Fight, Cycle and Mind & Body.
Our classes are designed with your training in mind incorporating the latest fitness trends so you can have fun whilst working out with like-minded members!
